Who knew HOA's were so *sensitive*!

Most certainly not me!

Lady Whistledale caught (down)wind of the latest Glendale City Council meeting where, it seems, a simple paragraph wreaked existential havoc on the Snowflakes of Glendale. (SOGs? Work in progress.)

The paragraph in question accompanied an announcement for an upcoming Glendale City Council forum co-hosted by glendaleOUT and GUSD Parents for Public Schools.

Dubbed The People's Forum, here is the evil hate speech, as it had become characterized.

Let us review.

"tend to be hosted by homeowners' associations."

Eight city council forums, one televised, SIX hosted or cohosted by HOA's, and OURS, the only one NOT hosted by an HOA and that is also easily accessible by renters, pedestrians, cyclists, and public transportation. So, collective snowflakes with their panties in a twist, calm down and sit down. You're being more dramatic than we and that's an etiquette DON'T.

The People's Forum is so dubbed not because of exclusion (in our fellow forums), but specifically because of the designed INclusion. We've invited every grass-roots and community organization to submit a question specific to their efforts in Glendale, and we are the only forum to do this.

Ladies, drama does not decide a queen however diligent the effort. But thank you to all who tried. Let's give them all a round of applause.

Watergate, to be sure.
